He was always on the news, and all this attention made him uncomfortable. The media felt free to intrude upon his private life, which cost him the relationship with his former fiancée Alyssa Milano. He has made a periodical appearance in Voltron: Legendary Defender, as Rax, a Balmeran.

Interestingly, Director of Go, Doug Liman, was not considering casting Scott for Adam’s role. As Katie Holmes was already in the movie, he didn’t want to have two TV actors in the film. However, Doug saw Scott and Jay Mohr talking, and their connection was evident. He made the right choice as their chemistry was great in the movie.

Scott regained the media attention when he appeared as Carson Drew in Nancy Drew; he had replaced Freddie Prinze Jr for that role.
